Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintaining plans/schedules and helping prioritize work by those executing on activities
• Managing progress and resolving any issues/blocks to enable design, development, manufacturing and testing of components
• Tracking HW/components, managing Line of Balance
• Working with procurement team to submit RFPs/PRs/POs and track progress closely
• Partner with procurement and serve as the liaison between SC and Engr to resolve any vendor related issues, including actions required by Blue or correction actions needed at supplier

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Would like some manufacturing experience in either design, fabrication, assembly, or test
• Aerospace or automotive experience, or similar
• Experience in different operating environments including research & development, as well as production
• Experience coordinating or managing small projects from the technical leadership side of things
• Comfortability leading communication with multiple teams to make the product better
• Excellent communication skills
• Turbo experience preferred 

Salary Range: $90K-150K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Location: On-site in Kent, Washington or Huntsville, Alabama is preferred. For candidates that meet all qualifications, remote with travel may be considered.
