As a Mechanical Engineer, you will:

  • Lead a defined area of technical expertise, with moderate technical complexity.
  • Lead mechanical design engineering in a technical team.
  • Have a holistic view on deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release.
  • Spread knowledge and develop competence within the team.
  • Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history.
  • Seat development team, working cross functional and with suppliers, execute studies and releases in Catia.
  • Earlier seat development, Catia experience is required. Kola experience is a plus!
  • Lead Design Reviews to validate design concepts, ergonomic studies, functionality and durability analysis to release new seat and seat belt concepts for the truck industry.
  • Work with Suppliers solving prototype quality issues using 8Ds and 5 Whys problem-solving methods.
  • FMEA, DVP and technical requirements maintenance.
  • Develop, maintain and release Bill of Material for Seats and Seat Belts.
  • Timeline maintenance and creation for current and new projects

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
