Average first year Inspectors average between 72-144k for the Year. However, with uncapped commissions, the potential is unlimited. If you're looking for financial stability, and upward mobility, we look forward to hearing from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and sell customers the prescribed solutions
• Take diligent notes on each appointment
• Be timely and efficient in getting to all leads
• Generate your own leads, in addition to the ones generated by the office
• Help and support other salesmen and departments you work with

Desired Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Have valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of sales experience
• Strong, independent work ethic
• Comfortable working with tablets and smartphones

Other Qualifications:

• Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and have the ability to handle rejection in the selling process well.
• Must be a good listener and have superior people skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and be a self-starter.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with customers to educate them on pests, pest control services, and termite services

Pay: $72,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
