**Job Description:**
As an Installer in the pest control industry, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of pest control systems. This position requires working in various environments, including attics and outdoor areas. The successful candidate will have a background in construction or handyman work, showing proficiency in using tools and working with their hands.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install and maintain pest control systems, such as traps, bait stations, and exclusion devices, following established guidelines
- Conduct inspections to identify pest-related issues and potential entry points
- Utilize hand and power tools to seal cracks, gaps, and openings to prevent pest infestations
- Replace insulation in attics to improve energy efficiency and pest control measures
- Install vapor barriers in crawl spaces to prevent moisture and pest issues
- Work in attics and outdoor areas, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective pest control strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in construction or handyman work is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
