Alpine Staffing is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Avon, CO

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Coordinator to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office, providing exceptional support to our recruiters and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet candidates and visitors professionally in a friendly and welcoming manner (phone and in-person).
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for our recruiters.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Assist with our Social Media.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Think creatively and independently to solve problems and overcome challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
