Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Work Location: Hybrid - Onsite in Arlington, VA (2 days a week) & Remote
Clearance Required: US Citizen, Public Trust Level 5

Alpha Omega is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support a Federal Client in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Project management skills and competencies such as meeting management, schedule development and reviews, project and program risk and issue management
• Written and oral communications skills and competencies required to communicate with leadership and stakeholders
• Technical writing to write formal reports, directives, memoranda, etc.
• Conflict resolution skills to ensure dynamic teams with competing interests agree to and achieve established goals and objectives
• Knowledge of Entity Level and Transactional Control design, design effectiveness and compliance verification and validation methods and techniques
• Data analytics and management, to include data base development and management
• Risk management, to include the identification and assessment of risk mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software suit
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment to achieve results
