Alpha Net Consulting is Hiring a Technical Support Analyst Near Seymour, CT
Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Responding to technical support tickets.
- Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of the technical issue.
- Connecting to the customer’s computer system .
- Identifying the nature of the hardware, software, or networking issue.
- Providing the customer with resolution choices.
- Installing new hardware systems, software upgrades.
- Fixing any software or hardware issues.
- Completing IT support logs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Experience level:
- 1 year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Seymour, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
