As a Project Manager at Alpha Mail, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Full project oversight to ensure timely completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Utilizing project management tools such as Monday.com to stay organized and detail-oriented throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Staffing and overseeing freelancers and contractors for various projects, ensuring their work aligns with company objectives.
- Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Adapting to changes in project scope and handling ambiguity with ease.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable and able to adapt quickly to changing environments, and effectively adjusting prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of the venture capital, cryptocurrency and financial technology space.
- Prior SDR/BDR knowledge & experience
- Deep understanding and experience with Google Workspace applications
