What do we require of you?

• Must have 1-2 years of medical billing and claims experience in home health/hospice
• Must have Home Care Home Base experience. This is non-negotiable.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of payor contracts & resolves conflicts with payers
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Monitor and carry out correct billing processes to ensure best practices are followed
• Monitors and audits to ensure billing compliance & standardized best practices
• Identify and resolve systemic issues in AR, billing, and workflow practices
• Assists in the preparation of monthly billing and accounts receivable reports
• Prepares Medicare, Medicaid, private payor, and patient remittance for data entry
• Supervises and reconciles cash receipts and bank deposits according to policy
• Monday through Friday 830 to 5 pm in-office availability
