As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will apply your insurance knowledge and experience to increase the customer's understanding of the value we provide, and cultivate long-term relationships by providing personalized service with trusted advice.

```Responsibilities```

• Communicate with the customer primarily through outbound/inbound phone calls, as well as email, to ensure their insurance needs are being met
• Conduct policy reviews and update coverage as necessary
• Help protect customers by identifying new insurance and financial products that meet their needs

```Qualifications```

• You are energetic and coachable, with a genuine positive attitude
• Must possess an active New York Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Must have previous insurance experience. Knowledge of Allstate systems a plus!
• Must have ability to commute to Rosedale, Queens. Punctuality is essential.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
