Daily Duties:The Customer Relations Representative position is responsible for answering calls, texts, and emails, providing product information, and assisting customer with policy inquiries. Our goal is to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all customers. If desired, this position provides a long-term career path into product sales.
