Insurance Customer Service Representative Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 46k / year - Park Hills, KY
- The Insurance Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with clients through in-bound and out-bound calls and emails.
The Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting in servicing and processing of all accounts for the producers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to Producers.
- Complete endorsements, audits, renewal policies, certificates, and auto ID cards.
- Prepare renewals, new client business proposals and new client onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service during inquiries from clients regarding claims, billing, quotes and during new client orientation and onboarding.
Qualifications :
- Must be Property and Casualty(P&C) licensed
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Personal and / or Commercial Insurance.
- Ability to handle high volume of business in a friendly and professional manner.
Compensation :
- Base salary to 46k / year
- Benefits : Employer Paid Medical, 401k with a company match.
