Territory Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 140K / year Commission - Chicago, IL
Our client, a fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate opening for a territory sales representative to handle a territory out of the Chicagoland and western Indiana region.
The team operates as a tight-knit group, and are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture. They are looking for someone that brings a wealth of HVAC knowledge as well as sales experience.
In this position, the territory sales rep representative will be responsible for generating new business through maintenance contracts and HVAC project sales.
They have top of the line technicians to support the team and are looking for a professional that will put the customer first.
As a territory sales representative, you will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers' mechanical systems.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3 years of proven success in HVAC sales. In this position, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and finding new customers.
The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation : Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary of 100K- 140K / year range and an uncapped bonus / commission structure.
