Allpro Parking is Hiring a Part Time HR Recruiting Assistant Near Buffalo, NY
Essential Functions
- Update all job openings on the company web site as instructed by the recruiters
- Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
- Conduct initial applicant phone screen and select candidates for schedule interview with the field managers
- Display job positions on various websites.
- Assist recruitment staff in researching additional positing options.
- Work with the HR Team to reduce new hire paperwork processing times by 20% with improved internal onboarding system
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
REQUIREMENTS
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Hands on experience working with MS Office, and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, and the ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
It is a part-time role with the potential of becoming full-time in the future.
