Allpoints Surveying is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills and proven success in sourcing job candidates and helping fill position vacancies. This is a 20-hour a week hybrid opportunity. The schedule includes 8 hours on Monday in the office, 8 hours on Wednesday working remotely, and 4 hours on Friday working remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting and sourcing methods and strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, usage of job boards, social media platforms, and outreach efforts (i.e., high school and college job fairs, military career centers, networking opportunities, etc.). 
2. Effectively conducts Boolean searches and uses technology to support recruitment efforts (i.e., ChatGPT). 
3. Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring criteria and job candidate profiles. As such, conducts effective “in-take” sessions with hiring managers.
4. Reviews resumes and applications and screens candidates for qualifications and job fit via phone interviews.
5. Schedules interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers and prepares interview questions for hiring managers as well as other selection materials as needed.
6. Effectively utilizes the company’s Applicant Tracking System and recommends best practices in doing so.
7. Helps hiring managers in their evaluation of talent and in making the best hiring decisions. 
8. Collaborates with Human Resource colleagues and hiring managers during the employment offer process, including determining rates of pay based on Allpoints’ compensation structure and the candidate’s experience. 
9. Drafts and extends employment offers. 

Requirements

1. A minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment is required. 
2. Experience in hiring hourly positions is required. 
3. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or a HR-related certification is preferred.
