We are seeking an experienced and energetic Field Service Rep. to join our winning team of professionals. We are looking for a qualified person who can provide excellent customer service, as well as learn and grow with our company, Alloy Fasteners, Inc.

The Field Service Rep. will be an employee of Alloy Fasteners and will work at our customer's location in Roxboro, NC.

You will be managing the inventory and providing excellent customer service at our customers’ on-site location. You will be replacing inventory, managing product paperwork, problem-solving, and reporting to our Sanford, NC location. You will be working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Alloy Fasteners has a generous benefits package and a great team to support you.

Physical requirement: lifting up to 75 lbs., standing

Valid driver's license is required.

Skills you must have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Maintain professionalism with all contacts
• Receive and distribute all incoming hardware via delivery or lumber truck, or courier
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain and update count sheets daily
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate via email, text, or phone with all team members.
• Help your team members however you can when onsite at your location.
• Maintain excellent customer relations, and service always
• Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office, proficiency is a big plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accountability for managing all customer-related information, needs, and opportunities
• Ability to maintain a high accuracy level in record-keeping and communications
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment, ability to multi-task a big plus
