Allied Universal is hiring for an Armed Security Officer at a Transportation Company in San Jose, CA.
An armed security officer is licensed to carry a weapon such as a firearm (must already have a valid .40 Caliber exposed firearm permit) while performing their duties.
Pay Rate: $23.44/HR
Must have CA driver's license over 1 year
These duties include:
- Work site by site with the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office Department.
- Patrolling, maintaining peace and order, and ensuring the safety of lives and property.
- Records and reports activities in case of the need for evidence.
- Helps in transporting valuables from one place to another.
- Prevents damage and loss by reporting irregularities.
- Maintains peace and order in the client's premises.
- Maintains proficiency in the use of weapons and protective equipment assigned to the officer.
- Complete the Field Officer Training (FTO).
- Must have a valid driver license for over 1 year.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
