Responsibilities:

Demonstrate expertise in insurance policies, industry best practices, and regulations to provide accurate information and service to customers in Rochester Hills, MI, USA.

Maintain a positive relationship with customers, utilizing excellent communication skills to ensure their satisfaction.

Provide training and support to employees, assisting in the hiring process to ensure qualified candidates are selected.

Monitor and analyze employee performance, establishing development goals to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Review and create procedures for customer service and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth and effective processes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree from a college.

A minimum of five years of experience in customer service within the commercial insurance industry is required.

Holding a Michigan PC Insurance License is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Agency Management Systems (preferably AMS360) is necessary.
