As our IT Manager, you'll hold a pivotal position as the steward of our company's data ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the cleanliness and optimization of our data streams, particularly within our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform, GoHighLevel. From managing email domain rotations to overseeing A/B test initiatives and compiling comprehensive marketing reports, you'll be the linchpin in leveraging data to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

With a solid background in CRM solutions and Google Sheets, you'll be well-equipped to tackle the challenges of data management and analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage IT Data Coordinator(s) position.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee and manage business IT platforms such as Smartsheets and Content Management Systems (including but not limited to WordPress and Kajabi).
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
  • AI Workflow Development:
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the organization. Manage the development and deployment of AI models, optimizing for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for AI solutions, understanding business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure AI workflows comply with regulatory requirements and security standards, implementing safeguards to protect sensitive data.
  • CRM Administration:
  • Oversee the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, particularly Go High Level and Monday.
  • Automations and custom development for CRM features and functionality to meet business needs.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Merge contacts to retain all relevant information in a master contact database.
  • Identify positive and negative responses in the pipeline and move contacts to appropriate stages.
  • Lead sourcing, skip tracing, and file data management within the CRM system.
  • Lead sourcing and management of data includes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Layered skip tracing includes enhancing data collection and tracing efforts.
  • Cold Outreach Campaign Optimization and Management:
  • Optimize smart lead cold email, text, call center and direct mail campaigns for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Verify and upload leads into the CRM system.
  • Manage health of domains, email, and phone number rotation to improve deliverability.
  • Conduct A/B tests for campaigns and generate reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret A/B test data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Report on campaign performance.
  • Website Health Management:
  • Monitor and maintain website health, including speed, links, forms, and SEO metadata, and tags.
  • Rotate and ensure the health of phone numbers displayed on the website.

9. Technical Architecture Oversight:

  • Design, implement, and document various technical architectures including data, marketing automation, CRM workflow, and other relevant systems.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (Expected Proficiencies)

  • 5 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, particularly Go High Level.
  • 3 years experience in a Supervisory or Management role in IT or Data Analysis required.
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets and Smartsheets for data management and analysis.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in CRM data and email campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and motivate the IT Data Coordinator(s).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of TCPA, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Strong comprehension of digital marketing strategies and funnel campaigns.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python or Java. Understanding of AI development frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience; familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS, Node.js, and JavaScript for custom development and website maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including meta tags, keywords, and page descriptions, to optimize website performance.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure the security of IT systems and data.
  • Willingness to stay updated in the field of AI, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
