```Job Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Armed Security Officers. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This position requires individuals who are trained and certified in various security procedures and possess strong conflict management skills.
Responsibilities:
Ability to detain suspects, use OC spray, Taser, Baton
- Provide armed security services to clients, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and enforce company policies
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, or other incidents
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid armed security officer license/certificate
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV systems
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
