Alliance Homecare is looking for Certified Home Health Aides to work Live-In shifts. For a case located in Manhattan, NY.

SIGN-ON BONUS $500! (for specific clients)

These live-in must meet the following requirements in order to qualify for the sign-on bonus.

• Hoyer experience and / or willing to receive training.
• 3-4 days of availability per week must be flexible.
• Open to working in any location Manhattan / Bronx / Brooklyn / Queens)
• Open to working in a home with pets.

Schedule : Monday through Sunday 8AM-8AM Live-In. Hiring for 2 HHA’s that can share the same schedule!

• Sunday Tuesday or Sunday Wednesday
• Wednesday Saturday or Thursday Saturday

Home Health Aides will provide the following tasks as indicated on the individualized plan of care :

• Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, accompanying to appointments, and errands
• Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assist with medication as specified on plan of care
• Observe and report all changes to RN
• Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills
• Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice

HHA Job Requirements :

• Must have an active New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
