· Perform all work associated with maintenance of the property at the direction of the Property Manager and/or Operations Supervisor Overall Maintenance and care of the property, mechanical areas, in-unit repairs, common areas and amenities repairs of the property in an effort to maintain a standard of clean and orderly environment at all times.
· Daily monitoring of all mechanical rooms/areas.
· Turning apartments to prepare and complete before the tenants move-in to the units- patching, painting, cleaning, and light handy-person work.
· Resolving work order maintenance items in-units and in common areas.
· Daily cleaning of all common areas and exteriors of the building- sweeping/mopping/vacuuming of all assigned areas, stairwells, corridors, amenities, rooftop, building entrances, and common areas.
· Clearing/Emptying recycling bins on each floor’s refuse room, break-down boxes, and store in an organized manner and taking the recycling out to the curb for DSNY’s pickup.
· Clearing/Emptying out the building’s trash compactor and common area refuse bins and store in an organized manner and taking out the trash to the curb for DSNY’s pickup.
· Clearing snow from the sidewalks and building entries.
· Coordinate move-ins with the Property Manager, Building Staff, and new Residents.
· On-call for emergencies that may occur in the building.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
