Alliance Physical Therapy and Wellness is looking for a Front Desk In-take Assistant for our Outpatient Clinics - located at the Marina Bay, Quincy facility.
Part time 24 hrs per week
Responsibilities :
- Receiving outpatient referrals and scheduling initial evaluations
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Obtaining insurance pre-authorizations
- Entering patient information into Matrix and Optima
- Performs Optima month end closeouts
- Assisting the inpatient office as needed
- Scheduling ongoing therapy appointments
- Accepting and recording co-pays
- Collection of balances per Insurance
- Answering main clinic phone
- Meet and Greet patients
