Alliance Physical Therapy and Wellness is looking for a Front Desk In-take Assistant for our Outpatient Clinics - located at the Marina Bay, Quincy facility.

 Part time 24 hrs per week

Responsibilities:

*Receiving outpatient referrals and scheduling initial evaluations

* Verifying insurance coverage

*Obtaining insurance pre-authorizations

*Entering patient information into Matrix and Optima

*Performs Optima month end closeouts

*Generates Optima billing export

*Assists in month end billing as needed

*Assisting the inpatient office as needed

*Scheduling ongoing therapy appointments

*Assists in routine patient related communications ie. Faxing MD offices, preparing charts, ordering equipment

*Accepting and recording co-pays

*Collection of balances per Insurance

*Answering main clinic phone

*Meet and Greet patients
