Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Assistant Contact Center Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be reporting directly to the Contact Center Manager.

The ideal candidate:

Coordinate all activities in the Contact Center while providing exceptional service to our members.
Consistently monitor Contact Center production and staff member performance.
Maintains accurate statistical records of department activity and relevant information
Adjust as needed to Contact Center strategy and tactics to reach goals.
Educate members on financial best practices.
Coach and mentor the Contact Center team in regards to service needs.
Adheres to security, audit, and compliance requirements.

A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results-accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with a college degree from a four-year educational institution and/or equivalent work experience.
