Our Floor Technicians are responsible for providing top-notch floor care and cleaning services at various building locations throughout the area. Candidates with previous floor cleaning experience are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome those willing to learn and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning and floor maintenance
• Conduct vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors
• Strip and wax floors using various tools and machinery
• Apply floor cleaning chemicals properly
• Spot clean areas as needed
• Perform exterior building pressure washing and window washing
• Remove debris from premises
• Interact professionally with customers and other team members
• Travel daily to building locations throughout King County and occasionally Pierce County and Snohomish County

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a team setting and follow directions
• Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Compensation

The pay for this position ranges from $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. A $500 hiring bonus will be paid after 90 working days of employment, provided a total of at least 520 hours have been worked and the employee is still with the company at the time of pay.
