Job Summary:
The Regional Practice Manager (multi-site) is responsible for overseeing all the administrative and business operations aspects of assigned AllerVie allergy clinics. Duties include overseeing and directing clinic activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing patient care, and assisting in the management of the budget of the practice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead region of 5-8 clinics across northern Virginia and Richmond, VA
Drive positive clinical outcomes with a class-leading Patient Experience
Manage clinic financial success including driving revenue, managing costs, etc.
Maintain strong relationships with staff of all levels (physicians, nurses, front desk, etc.)
Find, hire, and train successful team members
Decide on the clinics’ growth needs including staffing, real estate, equipment, etc.
Lead local marketing within the region to drive clinic success
Manage budgets, forecast expenses, communicate with vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Develop, mentor, and inspire team members of all levels
Monitor compliance, conduct teammate evaluations, lead teammate satisfaction initiatives, and incorporate the Patient Experience within all aspects of the clinic
Partner with Regional Director of Operations to identify and address team member and patient concerns to drive towards regional goals and standards
Always guarantee a high-level of patient care, produce strong financial and clinical outcomes, and build strong, positive relationships with teammates and doctors
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities and drive results
Experience planning and managing a workforce
Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization (providers, medical assistants, etc.) and to influence positive outcomes
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common
Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Willingness to cover multiple locations on-site in DC and Maryland
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
P&L experience preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration or related field required is required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent healthcare experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of the RDO
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
