POSITION: Regional Operations Manager RESPONSIBLE TO:

Vice President of Operations JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to coordinate and facilitate medical practice operations in accordance to corporate standards and directives. Maintain high level of open communication with hub physicians, Practice Managers, corporate management team and departments. Take the lead on developing strategic plans and the development of a budget to deliver performance to company and provider objectives. Leadership over the cultivation of developing a team to expand market presence. Responsible to manage special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or similar discipline required.
• Extensive multi-discipline healthcare experience may be taken into consideration.
• Graduate degree preferred. (MHA, MBA, or similar discipline)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or practice management setting.
• Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously. Must have the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Must have ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Must be available for overnight travel.
