Allen Pools & Spas is Hiring a Service Dispatcher Near Mendon, VT
We are looking for an experienced relationship-based Service Dispatcher for our Rutland, VT location. You will work with a great group of employees. You will assist with all aspects of ensuring our current customers have a positive experience with our Service Department and getting their hot tub, swim spa, sauna, or other products serviced by our company.
A Service Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and dispatching service calls to field technicians or service personnel. They play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves effective communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Requirements for the position:
· Full-time with a 40-50 hours per week
