Allegria Village is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Dearborn, MI
Allegria VIllage in Dearborn MI is looking for a PART TIME Front Desk Receptionist!
HOURS: This is ONLY a 18 hour position = EVERY Sunday 8am - 4pm, Every Monday 3pm x 8pm and Every Tuesday 3pm x 8pm
Must be able to work every other weekend!!
Must have receptionist experience!!!
Some duties to include:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional manner. Screen personal calls going to the units and refer to unit clerk.
- Maintain resident information system including updated floor and room listing of all residents to be used in referring calls and to be used in sorting of mail
- Responsible for visitor and resident sign in and out at the front desk when entering and leaving the facility
Needs to be friendly, multitasker, and be comfortable working in a very busy desk.
