Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, considering any dietary restrictions or special instructions.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements:

• HHA Certificate (75 hrs)
• Drivers license (Preferred)
• Palm beach county badge
• Auto insurance (Preferred)
• Second form of ID
• CPR Card
• Level 2 background
• Physical within last year/PPD within last year or chest X-ray (within last 5 years)
• Alzheimer’s 2 hr course
• HIV/AIDS 4 hrs course
• Assistance with medication 2 hr course
• domestic violence 2 hr course
