We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients homes
- Perform and assist patients with daily activities (ADLs) such as: meal preparation and Light house keeping
- Assist with clients personal care activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
- Assist patients with mobility
- Provide companionship
- Proven working experience as home health aide
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current HHA and CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Valid driver"'s License
- Current 12 hrs. of CEUs
