Job Description

As a Quality Assurance LPN/RN, you will be reviewing and auditing SOC, Recert and DC Oasis as well as auditing visit notes. You will need to be familiar with diagnosis codes, home health guidelines, and Medicare rules and regulations. You will be responsible for educating staff members and must possess follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that required documentation is complete and follow regulations and standards
• Staff Education
• Review diagnosis codes, plans of care, and physician documents
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home healthcare required
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding home healthcare
• Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Current CPR card from the American Heart Association
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task and manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong typing and analytical skills / familiar with Excel and Microsoft
