Allegiance Home Health and Rehab, a five-star rated agency, is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse with a Home Health background.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practitioner Nurse for a Prestigious Assisted Living Facility tin Delray Beach, FL.
8 hour shifts Monday through Friday 9:00 am till 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Responds to emergency situations
• Oversees medication management
• Responds to residents' concerns
• Communicates with residents and families regarding treatment care

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing at a minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current CPR Card
• Experience in home healthcare required
