Job Description

Allegiance Home Health and Rehab is currently seeking an experienced LPN with Home Health experience to work every other weekend from 8:00am until 4:00pm in a beautiful facility in Deerfield Beach!

Pay Rate $28 per hour
We are also seeking per-diem LPNs with Home Health Experience to join the team!

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Ensures the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment and care
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Responds to emergency situations

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing at a minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current CPR Card from the American Heart Association
• Experience in home healthcare required
