Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a dynamic organization that values teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use loading and unloading equipment to store items in the warehouse.
- Stock shelves and retrieve items from storage according to requests.
- Retrieve and place outgoing freight on the shipping dock.
- Make unscheduled or emergency deliveries if required.
- Communicating with other departments within the organization regarding shipment details, delivery schedules, etc.
- Organize surplus property storage.
- Possess forklift driving knowledge and certification.
- Assist with Equipment Inventory.
- May assist in delivering shipments and packages.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous work experience in a warehouse.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Possess forklift driving knowledge and certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to count accurately and be detailed oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
