All Spark Electric, a leading electrical contractor serving the central Maryland area, is searching for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:Qualifications:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Be able to handle a multi-line phone system
- Schedule service appointments for residential and commercial clients
- Collect customer information and accurately input data into our CRM system
- Process customer requests and inquiries
- Provide basic troubleshooting and answer frequently asked electrical questions
- Dispatch electricians to job sites as needed
- Maintain accurate customer files and service records
- Generate quotes and estimates for basic electrical services (with training)
- Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively resolving issues and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (electrical experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
