All Spark Electric, a leading electrical contractor serving the central Maryland area, is searching for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Be able to handle a multi-line phone system
• Schedule service appointments for residential and commercial clients
• Collect customer information and accurately input data into our CRM system
• Process customer requests and inquiries
• Provide basic troubleshooting and answer frequently asked electrical questions
• Dispatch electricians to job sites as needed
• Maintain accurate customer files and service records
• Generate quotes and estimates for basic electrical services (with training)
• Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively resolving issues and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (electrical experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others
