The position is responsible for assisting and supporting the accounting department in performing multiple administrative functions.
5 years administrative/office/ accounting experience
Flexible schedule: 20 hours a week
Construction experience a requirement
Ability to understand company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel
Must be proficient on spreadsheet and word processing applications, i.e
Word and Excel- experience with LCP tracker, DIR website, certified payroll reports, fringe benefits etc..
Basic understanding of contract, lien rights, subcontractors 's COI
Fast pace environment requiring multi tasking- upbeat attitude.
Must have effective verbal and written communications skills
Able to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong initiative, able to work independently with limited direction, always offering to help before being asked, and eager to take on new challenges
Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
