Job Description

This position will provide high-quality one-on-one care to enable our clients to stay in their homes as long as possible. You will perform wellness, supervisory, and admission visits in the homes of clients on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Supervisory, Wellness, and Admission visits in client homes
• Monitor and assess client needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for clients and their families

Qualifications

• Looking for individuals who are responsible, compassionate, and have a caring demeanor
• A clear background check is required
• The candidate must pass a drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation
