We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. Medical office experience required. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9a-5p. Hourly wage.

- Chart reviews``
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure patient care is properly coordinated
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

```Qualifications```

- Medical office setting required

- Good computer skills

- Ability to focus on detailed information for long periods of time
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
