Utilize your customer relationships, truck knowledge and sales management experience to make an immediate impact. You will set and obtain sales and profit standards as well as address customer concerns to ensure excellent service. Prior management and heavy duty truck sales management experience required.

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Monitor the commercial truck sales department’s performance.
2. Encourage good habits and work ethic to ensure "Exceptional Customer Service" at all times.
3. Hire, train, develop, mentor, and manage sales team members.
4. Oversee and properly appraise commercial inventory.
5. Manage and drive the sales process for the department.
6. Set, track, and hit departmental goals.
7. Maintain and build customer relationships.
8. All other duties as assigned.
