All-Pro Placement Svc, Inc. is Hiring a Claims Representative II Near Baltimore, MD

Claims Representative II is an intermediate level claims handling position for managing, investigating and resolving claims involving potentially complex property damage and bodily injury claims filed against the MTA. Receives general supervision from the Claims Supervisor or other designated officials. Manages a caseload of approximately 150-175 individual claims files with multiple claimants arising out of MTA operations. Individual claims files assigned by the MTA Claims Management to this level adjuster will involve property damage and bodily injury claims typically reserved at $25,000 or less.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 150-175 claim files, some with multiple claimants, pertaining to MTA operations liability.
  • Perpetual evaluation of reserves for property damage and/or bodily injury claims with exposures of $25,000.00 or less (threshold subject to change).
  • Investigating claims, issuing timely reports, thorough diary reviews, managing litigation, and demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • Two (2) year of experience in investigating, settling and handling automobile property damage, bodily injury and general liability claims.
