- Manage a caseload of approximately 150-175 claim files, some with multiple claimants, pertaining to MTA operations liability.
- Perpetual evaluation of reserves for property damage and/or bodily injury claims with exposures of $25,000.00 or less (threshold subject to change).
- Investigating claims, issuing timely reports, thorough diary reviews, managing litigation, and demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
- Two (2) year of experience in investigating, settling and handling automobile property damage, bodily injury and general liability claims.
