About the Position:

• Flexible Schedule: Regular hours, occasional Saturday mornings, and early morning or early evening meetings.
• Holistic Patient Care: Play a crucial role in obtaining complete medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests for comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with renowned physicians in a collaborative and engaging clinical teaching environment.

About the Practice:

• Join our busy Family Medicine practice: Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers, work with your own independent panel of patients.
• State-of-the-art facility: Utilize specialty practices nearby, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services.
• Electronic Medical Record system: Experience the convenience of Epic.

Requirements:

• NYS licensed/registered NP: With a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice.
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment: With Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification: Through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.
