We are seeking a locally-based full-time or part-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our practice for an ongoing assignment. Contribute to our mission of providing patient-centered care to enhance community health in Central New York.

Schedule Details:

• Enjoy a flexible schedule, typically around 32 hours per week, accommodating part-time availability
• Monday to Friday schedule, 9 AM to 4:30 PM
• Immediate start available
• No call or weekend shifts, allowing for quality patient care without sacrificing personal time

Practice Setting:

• Practice in an outpatient setting, with a volume of 15-20 patients per day
• Treat a mix of chronic and acute cases across all age groups
• Opportunity to care for patients ranging from 3 to 100 years old, with a preference for family medicine expertise but open to those specialized in pediatric or adult care

Location:

• Located in scenic Central New York within Onondaga County
