Call By Call Plumbing Sales Manager

Job Description:

All City Plumbing is currently seeking a Call By Call Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team. You will manage and sell for a team of 10-15 techs. You will earn a commission on jobs you help technicians sell. You’ll be in charge of technicians sales process, options building, documentation, financing, customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and sales meeting with your team. Our Call by Call manager Plumbing Sales Manager must have a proven track record in the plumbing industry with Sales experience. Also must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Pay If Minimum Standards are met can range for the position from $100,000-$200,000 with base pay & performance pay

base pay 80k-90k

We currently have 3 locations in Anaheim, Rancho Cucamonga, and Glendale, with plans to grow and add additional locations in So-Cal. * Must have at least 3 years of employment as a service & repair plumber.

Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly meetings
• Work from 50- 60 hrs a week primarily from the shop .
• Follow up on all calls that did not sell for technicians, not on a team.
• Go all over your techs that do not have a project manager's pictures, invoice summary, and offer our field techs over-the-phone guidance. If a tech has a question or issue, you help them resolve it and help close sales
• .Ensure our technicians meet their KPI goals, reach revenue targets, and complete high-quality work.
• Assist technicians in creating estimates, selecting building options, and handling customer concerns.
• Rehash calls that didn’t result in a sale and identify ways to make them sales.
• Able to diagnose and explain plumbing issues with customers and address the problem. Provide multiple options based on the customer's plumbing needs and preferences.
• Regular maintenance of the company's vehicle & equipment; Communicate with management if either needs attention or repair.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Follow all company policies.
• Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
• Drive the plumbing department sales through training and development of the field technicians
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
• Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate, and monthly truck revenue
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced

Qualifications:

• All candidates are required to have a valid Driver's License
• 3 years of employment as a service & repair plumber.
• Proven Sales track record
• Expertise in drain cleaning is a plus; repipes, gas , and tankless repair
• Ability to diagnose & perform plumbing work
