Description
The Benefit Carrier Integration Lead will contributes to the success of the company by supporting the Employee Benefits by helping in transferring the benefits book of business over to Alkeme once we have acquired the agency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Request transfers of books with existing carriers
· Complete paperwork for new locations with existing carriers for the consolidation of the appointments
· Prepare contracts for carriers that are new to Alkeme.
· Monitor the transition of the accounts to Alkeme from Agency Clusters
· Maintain codes for all carriers and offices.
· Work on creating and maintaining carrier database.
· Gather, organize and request carrier and book of business information for existing agency codes.
· Communicate with agency licensing to proactively begin transition of business.
· Facilitate online portal access for various offices and agents.
· Guarantee proper portal access for various departments, including accounting.
· Maintain detailed and organized carrier notes explaining appointment set up and future instructions.
· In all duties performed, consistently deliver a positive and memorable experience with every interaction, foster mutual respect and teamwork.
· Work with Internal Partners, Clients, and Carriers to ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues.
· Develop and maintain positive Carrier relationships.
· Respond to requests from all Partners by stated timeframes.
· Review emails within 24 hours, voicemails within 2-4 hours.
· Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
