Alive Well is an integrative wellness center. Through our functional medicine clinic, we focus on treating patients with a whole body, root cause approach. We spend considerable time getting to know the health history and current conditions of each patient. Patients are supported in our clinic by providers (adult and pediatric), nutritionists and health coaches.

We are looking to add an experienced Adminstrative Medical Assistant to our team. You will work alongside our functional health care practitioners to support a variety of responsibilities

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Support patient services by working the front desk -help with scheduling/rescheduling appointments, answer phones, greet patients.
• Facilitate lab tests
• Conduct EKGs
• Develop thorough knowledge of EMR - take the lead on software changes and updates
• Support practitioners with fulfilling prescriptions of supplements and medication for patients

• Able to multitask efficiently
• Be able to communicate with patients clearly with a deep understanding of the services our clinic provides
• Ready to accept new challenges, guiding our clinic toward continued growth.

Full Time: Mon -Thurs 9-5pm, Fri 9-1pm.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
