Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Working Chef to join our team. Owner has operated the highest of culinary positions in 5 Star hotels nation wide. We are looking for an energetic Chef with Mexican cuisine influence/ knowledge, who can initially open up Alien Taco & Tequila with the Owner, and then have the owner step away, allowing the Chef to be a Chef. The Chef needs to be able to have contacts locally where they can assemble their crew via past history. The Temporary menu is posted on the vision board at: Alientaco.net/vb

Duties:
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Develop menus and recipes that meet quality standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure the quality of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in culinary arts, food production, and restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
- Prior experience in the food industry demonstrating leadership skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
