Real estate attorney office is looking for an assistant who would help coordinate contracts, communicating with clients/agents/loan officers, monitor all contingency deadlines in contracts; communicate with all parties - sellers, agents, coordinate the closing with title companies, buyer's agent and sellers. Ideal candidate will have an understanding of real estate transactions and experience in preparation of closing documents. Candidate must be organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Two to three years' experience in real estate law firm required. Working-knowledge of legal procedures and terminology in civil litigation, probate and family law will be given preference. Must be fluent in Polish and English.

Must be very dependable, organized, courteous and professional. Must be extremely well spoken and capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions. Professional appearance required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook and Smokeball is a plus. Responsible and punctual.
