The USC Mann Office of Professional Experience Programs is accepting applications for an Academic Program Specialist responsible for the following duties:
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred Field of Expertise: Candidates with experience in a pharmacy, health, or educational related fields of study will receive priority.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in higher education and/or customer service; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills; the ability to multitask and pay close attention to details. Additional preferred experiences include using assessment tools and technologies, such as learning management systems, data analytics software, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for interacting with both domestic and international stakeholders. Demonstrated attention to detail. Proven ability to plan, implement, and coordinate program logistics. Demonstrated database/data entry experience. Proven project management and problem solving skills, able to handle multiple timelines, changing priorities, and fluctuating workloads.Full Time
